The Challenge
Finding the right job is very overwhelming, especially for students, fresh graduates, and career switchers.
Dayaway Career wanted a better approach to connect users with relevant opportunities. Its existing experience made job discovery difficult, with irrelevant listings, confusing descriptions, and limited clarity.
We started by focusing on how users actually explore career opportunities. Rather than creating another job board, we designed the experience around four key steps:

This means we simplified the interface, improved the informational hierarchy, and made relevant opportunities easier to find and evaluate.

Once the UX and interface were finalized, we brought the experience to life through WordPress development.
The focus was on maintaining consistency between the designs and the live platform while ensuring the core job discovery and matching experience worked as one connected journey.
